Dirks Presents: Pendragon

For our August Magic event Dirks presents: Pendragon! We love pauper around here and think that running a pendragon event would be really cool, so, we are going to do it. Pendragon is just like pauper edh, but with a twist. Think King Arthur. Your Commander, a common, has a legendary equipment as his excalibur. The rest of the 98 is up to you.
