Join us at the Meridian Golf Course as Marcia Waters, Director of our very own Division of Real Estate, updates us in a fun, informative and actionable way. Having been with the Division since 2005 and being promoted to Director in 2010, Marcia's popular sessions put serious concepts that affect your business into easy-to-understand terms, so you can better shape your real estate practices! Marcia licenses and regulates approximately 50,000 real estate professionals and manages the Division's $6.5 million budget. She establishes the direction of Division programs based on market and industry trends. During our session, she'll share some of these trends, offer recommendations on how Women's Council of Realtors members can capitalize on market shifts and we can all become more successful.
