Direct Works Live Seminar March 2023

Our March Live Seminar will cover a range of topics, including emerging technologies and industry updates. We are particularly excited to offer a plenary best-practice session on generating income.

The sector is experiencing pressures from multiple areas, so for our March Live Seminar we are introducing three collaborative workshops for members to share experiences and ideas to improve standards within the sector, explore new and innovative ways to deliver services and develop solutions going forward. The workshops will be facilitated by Direct Works steering group members and supported by members and experts.

Our goal is to provide you with the expertise and resources you need to excel in your work, encourage and promote competency and excellence and provide top-quality service to customers.

Members get two free tickets to all our Live Seminars. Additional tickets are available for purchase if more colleagues would like to attend. All tickets include refreshments and lunch.

We’d also like to invite you to join us for a members’ meal on Tuesday 28 February, the evening before the Live Seminar, at Manchester Picadilly Hotel (previously the Macdonald Hotel, Manchester). Our members’ meal is a great opportunity to network and enjoy some good food the evening before the Live Seminar, and we would love it if you joined us.
