Dinners with Sinners--Europa Throwback with Chef Steve

Join Chef Steve and the Neri crew as we celebrate the holiday season with a throwback to the good ole days of Bistro Europa. If you haven't experienced Saint Neri yet, this is a great chance to cozy up! Meg will be creating a special cocktail to pair with the meal. The menu is as follows

1st Course- potato pancakes-caramelized onions, sour cream

2nd course-cheese and potato pierogi-crisp bacon, chives, sour cream, Steve's hot sauce

3rd course- Golabki- pork, beef, rice, sweet and sour tomato sauce, dill

4th course- Steve's Grandma's chicken Paprikash- nokedli, paprika, cucumber pickles

Dessert-Turofank- Hungarian farmer's cheese donuts-kumquat jam
