Dinner with Salukis @ Sanders BBQ Supply

The first "Dinner with Salukis" was a huge success, and we're excited to announce the second installment of this special series!

This time, you're invited to join fellow alumni at Sanders BBQ Supply, owned by fellow Saluki, James Sanders. James has built his business on a powerful ethos of quality, community, and craft that truly embodies the spirit of SIU.

This will be a festive atmosphere, and we invite you to bring out those cowboy boots and hats one last time before the summer comes to an end. While we're enjoying dinner, a DJ will be on the outdoor patio area, and we'll be playing games like cornhole and giant Jenga.

The Alumni Association is encouraging Salukis to come together for an evening of fun at Sanders BBQ, but please note that all meals will be on your own. To perfectly complement Sanders BBQ's signature flavors, you are welcome to bring your favorite wine or beer. We can't wait to see you there for a night of great food, great company, and Saluki pride.

Beverage Policy Details

Allowed Beverages: Wine and beer only. No hard liquor.

Limit: One bottle of wine or a 6-pack of beer per two guests.

Corkage Fee: There is a $10 corkage fee for each bottle of wine or 6-pack of beer. This fee will be added to your final bill.

Guidelines:

• No hard liquor or other beverages are allowed.
• Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to consume alcohol.
• Open bottles must remain on-site and cannot be resealed for off-site consumption.
