Dinner Train

Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining aboard vintage dinner trains at the National Railroad Museum. Bring your friends, family, or colleagues on the 1930’s Chicago, Burlington & Quincy #300 Silver Spirit train car or the 1920s Atlantic Coast Line Dothan Dining Car and experience an exclusive night of dining on the rails.
Your journey will begin on the train platform with hors d’oeuvres and drinks, where you will hear our Director of Education, Justin Lambrecht, deliver a brief presentation on dining on the rails. Then, you will board the coach and set out on the tracks, where you and your guest(s) will enjoy a delightful dinner on the high bridge, with a beautiful view across the Fox River and Dutchman Creek. There, you will enjoy a five-course menu with expertly paired cocktails.
Tickets for this yearly Museum fundraiser are priced at $150 per person and must be purchased in groups of 2 or 4. Tables of 4 will be seated with their parties, and tables of 2 will share a table with another couple.
When purchasing your ticket, you will choose your dining experience in either our Silver Spirit Dining & Lounge Car or our Dothan Dining Car and select your preferred seats.
