Dinner on the Sprazzo Patio

Celebrate the launch of the newly redesigned Aspen Real Life with an intimate patio dinner at Sprazzo—Carbondale’s newest gathering place for those in the know.

This is the first of our Dinner Club series in 2026, and I'm inviting all of my friends (men and women) to gather together for a wonderful dinner on the patio for cocktails and a delicious dinner.

The evening will feature welcome wine or margaritas, a curated four course meal, and a guest list designed to connect.

Pasta Course: Rigatoni alla Vodka (in-house GF available upon request)

Main Course: Your choice of Vegetarian, Fish or Chicken Marsala paired with family style sides. Vegan Eggplant Parmesan available.

Dessert: Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruits
