Dinner for Top Hat

You are invited to join us for a very special cosmic alignment of love and art and farms and food and drink and music all together in honor of more art and community.

Saturday October 26th, 6pm at Lucky’s Café, Jen of Lucky’s Bakehouse and Rainbow of The Jamestown Merc are joining forces to bring you four eclectic harvest-centered courses with ingredients gathered from Boulder farms, all made with fun and made to benefit our good friend Darcie Shively’s brand new collaborative Non-Profit:

Top Hat is born with the goal and vision to unite local artists and the creative spirit inside every person in the community, by bringing art making into the public sphere in Downtown Boulder.

“The Top Hat Supply for Journeying is both a home for working artists and a nonprofit with a mission to reconnect every Boulder resident with creativity in themselves, whatever form that might take. Through its new potential home at 1721 Pearl Street it seeks to breathe new life into the north side of the block, revitalizing the rich cultural history that has always graced East Pearl.”

The evening will consist of a Cocktail hour with live Gypsy Jazz on the patio by Roma Ransom, featuring Gougeres with peach mostarda and prosciutto, and Green ludob radish from Starling farms with seaweed miso butter and a signature Autumn Cocktail

Seated Dinner includes a curated wine selection and the following Menu:

Mesclun Fall Farm Salad

Wild Mushroom Vol au Vent with spiced Beurre noisette,

Beef Filet (or Cauliflower Steak) with Roasted Root Vegetables, Vietnamese Inspired Gremolata, Wasabi cream

Baked Alaska with fig amaro ice cream, chestnut flour sponge and ginger meringue
