MS Brisen is an elegant, all-electric designer boat that is tailor-made for unforgettable experiences, and we serve a delicious three-course dinner based on Norwegian ingredients from the renowned Restaurant Einer.
The panoramic windows on the boat provide stunning views of the fjord and Oslo's iconic landmarks. When the engine noise is gone, the impressions become stronger. The conversations become better, the flavors more intense, the views more beautiful and the nature and wildlife come closer.

- Starter:
Trout and herring tartare with horseradish, cucumber and chive emulsion
- Main:
Cod with peas, celery root puree, crispy kale and butter sauce with chives
- Dessert:
Pannacotta with gingerbread crumble, mandarin and almonds
Our three-course menu is created by Restaurant Einer’s dedicated and highly acclaimed chefs. Restaurant Einer was awarded a “knife and fork” in the Michelin Guide, and the menu is carefully composed of seasonal, local ingredients.
The chefs are at home in the modern Nordic food tradition and use only high-quality ingredients. In addition, Restaurant Einer has a high focus on sustainability and a low climate footprint in its menus.
