A bespoke French-inspired 5-course meal that features locally-sourced dishes perfectly paired with Robert Oatley wines, including a vertical wine tasting of the Finisterre 2018 and 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon from their Margaret River and Great Southern vineyard.

The Robert Oatley Signature and Finisterre Series (which will be featured on the night) encompasses an impressive portfolio of vineyards nurtured by the winemaking talent of Larry Cherubino and showcasing Australia's most successful wine styles and regions.
Each wine embodies the grape varietal and region in which it was grown, from aromatic Western Australian Riesling, luscious McLaren Vale Shiraz, and classic Margaret River Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
