Chef Arrastia will be cooking a three course meal featuring:

Course `1:

Bacon wrapped Shrimp with Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad

Course 2:

14 oz. Prime NY Strip Steak or Pan Roasted Salmon (choice of one)

accompanied by fondant potato with herb compound butter , roasted beets , charred baby carrots , romesco and fried onions

Course 3:

Chocolate souffle with raspberry couli whipped cream

So are you wondering?! Who is Chef Michael Arrastia?!

Chef is the executive chef at Black Dogs sister company StoneHurst at Hampton Valley. He is from Southbridge, Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife Ashley and children Logan and Hazel. Chef Mike has an extensive background in the food industry, including opening award-winning restaurants such as a bacon gastropub called The Hangover Pub in Worcester, MA (est. 2016) that focuses on bacon-infused dishes. Followed by Broth Ramen Bar in Worcester, MA (est. 2017). He most recently opened a restaurant in his hometown called Honest Town Eats in Southbridge, MA (est. 2023) that met rave reviews.
