Bio:
Brock Butler (vocals,guitar,electronics), a founding member of the long-running jam band Perpetual Groove, and Darren Stanley (drums, electronics, samples), who joined the group in 2020, team up for a unique and intimate duo performance. Known for 25 years of soaring melodies, rich improvisation, and genre-blending soundscapes, PGroove remains a cornerstone of the jam scene. Brock’s emotive songwriting and Darren’s dynamic, jazz-informed drumming create a compelling, spontaneous musical conversation. Their sets explore PGroove favorites, deep cuts, and new material — including music from the newly released Brock Butler Band album, a fresh chapter in Brock’s ongoing creative evolution.
