Course 1
“I Feel the Need”
Redemption Bourbon shaken with rich Meletti Amaro, Aperol and fresh lemon juice strained and served in a chilled rocks glass. An orange tweel garnishes the glass.
Paired with
Danger Zone, Kenny Loggins not Children of Bodom
Twin oysters, lightly dredged in corn meal, pan seared and served in its shell topped with island salsa made up of tropical fruits, chipotle, toasted coconut and crushed macadamia nuts.
Course 2
“Punch out Goose”
Chilled Grey Goose vodka stirred with Rigi cherry liquor, crème de violette, and fresh lemon juice. Strained into an iced martini glass.

You’ve Lost That Lovin Feeling, Maverick & Goose
Pan seared GOOSE liver, blueberry-orange compote, cherry-lemon gastrique, French bread.
Course 3
“Wing Man”
Flor de Cana golden rum shaken with local honey, fresh lime juice and a splash of orange juice. Strained into a Champagne flute and topped with Canella Prosecco. Garnished with a single mint leaf.

Grilled Lamb Loin served on a potato plank confit with sweet pea puree, baby carrots, asparagus, strawberry- Canella Prosecco reduction, cantaloupe micro greens.
Course 4
“Fancy Flying”
A sugar cube that has been dashed with Angostura bitters topped with Camus cognac and finished with Frisk Reisling. Topped with a sugared blackberry in a chilled martini glass.

A take on a classic ice cream sandwich
