Dining in the Dark

They say "You eat with your eyes first" The appearance of food strongly influences our desire to eat it, often before we even smell or taste it, as the visual appeal sets expectations for flavor and stimulates the appetite. The color, texture, shape, and overall presentation of a meal can make it seem more or less appealing, affecting our appetite and decision to eat. What if you did not have your vision to have this first impression of your daily dining experience?

Join the Little Falls Lindbergh Lions for a unique sensory experience. This is a fundraiser for the MN Lions Vision Foundation and proceeds will go to this cause.

Guests will enjoy a 4 course meal, blindfolded. While blindfolded they will be discovering the flavors and textures of the meal by using their senses other than vision to help them figure out what is on the menu for the night. We will not be telling the guests what is on the menu as it could compromise their senses in this experience.

Tickets only available through Eventbrite and there is only limited spaces available so get your tickets early. There will be no tickets available the day of the event.
