would love for you to join us for an evening at gorgeous K-Road French tapas restaurant Atelier – for a delicious four-course French inspired meal prepared by head chef, Fantin Parpillat, on Thursday 18th September. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with selections from Nautilus Wines, who are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year!
Atelier opened in 2022 with a simple vision: to bring the warmth, charm, and soul of French dining to the heart of Auckland’s Karangahape Road. The restaurant offers a thoughtful blend of tradition and innovation, capturing the essence of a Parisian wine bar with a distinctly local character.
Atelier is inspired by traditional Parisian wine bars, but they didn’t want to recreate France; they wanted to honour it, while grounding it in Aotearoa. Their talented team crafts dishes that stay true to classic French techniques, while embracing the freshness and uniqueness of New Zealand’s seasonal ingredients. It’s about keeping the authenticity, with a touch of Kiwi fusion.
To complement his four courses, dish is delighted to partner with Nautilus Wines to showcase a selection from their Pinot Cellar and White Winery.
We are excited to showcase a bespoke menu for this event, delivering a unique Atelier and Nautilus experience for all. With insights from hosts and speakers, dish Editor Sarah Tuck, Atelier Head Chef Fantin Parpillat, and winemakers from Nautilus, this is sure to be a wonderful evening!
