Welcome to the inaugural edition of the dine well supper club, the city's newest queer and women-led dining experience : )

The dine well supper club is an intimate, immaculately curated private dining event created to foster a truly warm, joyful, playful and community-based spirit of dining; in the words of Virginia Woolf, one cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.
The brainchild of chefs and co-conspirators Kayla Simone Fowler and Dario Love who both hail from the birthplace of the farm-to-table movement (Northern California), each dine well supper club features four plated courses of a bespoke, deeply seasonal menu focused on hyperlocal ingredients and global flavors. Each course is designed to transport diners to a new culinary corner of the world and embody one of Chef Kayla's favorite axioms: "trad foods, not trad values". This edition features Cambodian, Persian and Mesoamerican-inspired dishes and celebrates the bounty of late-summer produce.

The dine well supper club is a truly unique experience centered around culinary storytelling, created to highlight the ways in which food is the great universal language- connecting us to the collective human experience across borders, colors and creeds, to our families and ancestors, our neighbors and friends, and even ourselves!

Each dine well is BYOB and will take place in a new secret venue in a different part of NYC, with the exact location revealed to ticket holders the day before the event. Prepare to meet your neighbors, eat/drink/be merry, and explore new parts of your city- and the planet- through good food :)
