DIN Digital and Data annual conference

Time flies when you’re having fun! We are now only a few months away from our first annual DIN Digital and Data Summit. As part of our enhanced offer for members in 2024 we will be hosting a fantastic day of in-person presentations, panel discussions and lightning pitches covering all things technology and data from within and outside of the sector. We’ve listened to members who’ve said they value the in-person events and so will be allowing ample time for networking with other members and peers. The event will be held in the Salesforce Tower in London and lunch will be provided.

The theme of the day will be exploring new/innovative technology and techniques to solve the various issues facing the housing sector. It will include topics such as:

• Using technology to solve sector challenges – pitfalls, opportunities and insights – Yes there may be a little bit of AI in there but this theme will focus on how the tech market is evolving, how it will impact the sector and what is the new and emerging tech we need to have an eye on for our future digital strategy’s
• How are providers managing the mix of new and legacy tech and how do you get the balance right
• Harnessing the power of data including predicting potential complaints, identifying damp and mould and other service failures.
• How to use tech and data to enhance the tenant and resident experience and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Driving practical collaboration and knowledge sharing across DIN members
• Delivering more impact with increasing financial pressures – Are you getting best value from your IT?
• Cyber security remains a live threat for housing providers – how is the threat evolving and what happens when disaster does strike
• Addressing the organisations digital literacy and the skills shortage
