Dimensions Festival returns to Leeds on May 3rd, the city which incubated the festival's early years and is in many ways our spiritual home. Appropriately, you'll find our very own directors and festival programmers Hamish Cole & Simon Scott on the bill for the homecoming.Hamish & Toby, return to Leeds for the first time in two years. In that time, they've played around the world and released some impressive podcasts, including a brilliant 4-hour recording from Houghton last summer. Hamish is also the figurehead of Butter Side Up, a party, label and podcast series founded in Leeds over 10-years ago, whilst Toby's the creative director and programmer at esteemed London club The Pickle Factory.
Simon Scott, a legendary figure in the city, also running Sub Dub, Club Cosmos and Tribe Records will be on warm up duties. Simon's record collection spans all manner of genres, from dub & reggae through to breaks, electro, techno, slo-mo psychedelic downtempo and plenty more besides.
