DIM SUM & Valentines Day ? What?

So... what is this event all about? It's about fun and love and enjoying some dim sum while you wait for your turn or you are allowing your masterpiece to dry. You might have to leave your sweetie behind and make this an evening out with the girls or just the guys so your fortune cookie is a secret. From scratch we will make extra huge fortune cookies. Your message must be pliable enough or small enough, to fold into this fortune cookie. A normal cookie starts at 3" round. These will be 14" to start and will come with a big red box. Once the dough is cooked and your message is inside, we will fold the cookie and cool. Then dip the edge in chocolate and seal the deal with crushed nuts or cookie crumbs, crushed m&m's, toffee, we will have lots of options. This is a very unique gift and since you made it, it is priceless. Place anything inside that you think is appropriate. Since we just had the Chinese new year and it is valentines day coming up we will serve a dim sum appetizer buffet while you are here. This might be the funnest evening out all year! You know darn well my dim sum will be handmade and worth the price on it's own. Email your questions.
