Drwy ein gwaith o amgylch iechyd meddwl a lles, ein cenhadaeth yw newid diwylliant y diwydiannau creadigol fel bod Cymru'n dod yn gyrchfan o ddewis i weithwyr proffesiynol creadigol a busnesau oherwydd arferion gwaith teg, diogel a chefnogol.

Nod y digwyddiad hwn yw arddangos a rhannu arfer gorau ac archwilio a nodi dyfodol gwell trwy weithio ar y cyd i sicrhau newid mawr ei angen.

CULT Cymru is a joint-union learning programme supported by the Welsh Government’s Wales Union Learning Fund and Creative Wales. Our aim is to enable those working in the creative industries to improve their employment prospects and wellbeing.

Through our work around mental health and wellbeing our mission is to change the culture of the creative industries so that Wales becomes a destination of choice for creative professionals and businesses due to fair, safe and supportive working practices.

The aim of this event is to showcase and share best practice and explore and identify a better future by working collaboratively to bring about much needed change.

Participants

Anyone involved with the creative industries (Screen, Theatre/Arts and Live Events) interested in being part of the movement to bring about long term change including: employers, commissioners/funders, professionals, industry bodies, support organisations, education providers, public sector organisations and politicians.

Format

Conference style with round-tables for interactivity.

Panel sessions & live case studies.

Mae gweithdai CULT Cymru yn cael eu darparu mewn amgylchedd cyfeillgar ac anfygythiol ble bydd cyfranogwyr yn cael cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau a chodi materion yn ystod y dydd.

CULT Cymru workshops are delivered in a friendly and non-threatening environment where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and raise issues during the day.

Gadewch i ni wybod cyn gynted â phosib os na fyddwch yn gallu mynychu.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

A full refund will be issued to delegates who cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Delegates who cancel within the 2 week period will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to find someone else to take their place. Please let us know as soon as possible if you find you're no longer able to attend the workshop.
