About this Event
The Welcome Table is excited to officially launch our new format for digital skills: peer learning circles. These classes, which feature facilitators or leaders from the immediate community rather than instructors, are designed to make the classroom more equitable and less formal. Best of all? You could earn a FREE COMPUTER at the end of the semester!
In learning circles, one leader guides the topic of conversation while soliciting questions, information, and input from the rest of the group. Each class will be focused around a particular topic in the digital skills world, including cybersecurity, email, and computer basics, and will include hands-on activities and discussion.
We hope you or someone you know will join us as we explore this new world together! This course is designed for reluctant and returning learners of ALL LEVELS. Everyone has something they can contribute and something they can learn! Laptops and mice provided for class use, but feel free to bring your own.
