Utah State University Extension is launching a new program to help older adults and caregivers gain confidence using technology. Discover how to use technology to manage your health, connect with loved ones, and stay safe online. Workshop topics will include:

  • Connecting with caregiver resources and support groups
  • Using apps to manage medications and appointments
  • Protecting your privacy and avoiding online scams

This free, hands-on course is designed especially for adults 60+ and caregivers of loved ones.
