Digital Help Sessions

Do you need help using your electronic device or navigating forms and information online?

Come along to our digital device and online help sessions where you can get personal assistance, ask questions, and learn how to fix your own technology issues in a relaxed and friendly environment.

These sessions can help you with a range of topics including completing online forms, navigating myGov, using QR codes, online shopping, online banking, FaceTiming and more. Our support staff from Eldertainment will help identify and resolve your issues, and support you while you learn more using the Be Connected learning program

These small group sessions are designed so you can work at your own pace while receiving the guidance you need to improve your skills and build up your confidence to continue learning on your own.

BYO device and headphones. Laptops will be available if needed.
