Cincinnati State and the African American Chamber of Commerce are hosting a Digital Fundamentals Series as part of the Hamilton County Business Advisory program.

No computer? No problem! The workshops will be on-site at Cincinnati State's computer lab led by Cincinnati State faculty. A light dinner will be provided.

MICROSOFT WORD FOR BUSINESS

Thursday, June 6 - 4:00 -7:00 p.m.

This beginner-friendly course provides hands-on activities on the basics of Microsoft Office Word 2021 and how to apply them to your Small Businesses.

• Discover and understand the basic features of Microsoft Word:
• Creating a new business document (flyers, letters, or reports)
• How to set basic document parameters with tables using tabs (invoices or bills)
• Enhancing a document with lists of items, inserting and managing pictures, adding special effects to documents, and saving your work.

Learn the fundamental concepts and techniques of Microsoft Office Excel 2021 and how to apply them to your Small Business.

• How to use formulas and functions, add charts in the spreadsheet, and save your work.
