🧠 What You'll Learn
DIGITAL FABRATION CLASS
Modern Vehicle Integration Workflow
3-Day Intensive Training • July 24–26, 2026
Huntington Beach, California
This hands-on training is designed to teach a complete digital fabrication workflow for modern vehicle integration using the same processes we use every day in our shop.
Students will learn how to 3D scaning, CAD design, laser cutting, CNC machining, and 3D printing work together to create accurate, repeatable, and professional vehicle installations.
This is not a theory class. Every step is focused on real-world application and execution.
What You’ll Learn
Scan
Capture vehicle data using 3D scanning
Prepare scan files for production
Design
Design components in Fusion 360
Create production-ready parts directly from scan data
Fabricate
Laser cutting workflow
CNC machining techniques
3D printing applications
Integrate
Aluminum fuse holder braket
Speaker adapters
Block out plates
Amplifier rack fabrication
Under-seat subwoofer enclosure
DSP controller integration
The Complete Workflow
SCAN → DESIGN → PROTOTYPE → FABRICATE → INSTALL
By the end of the class, you’ll understand how to take a vehicle from raw scan data to engineered, install-ready components using a structured digital fabrication process.
