Join us for a digital drawing masterclass with Neil O’Driscoll. This event is focused on design development through drawing, exploring both digital and analogue techniques. The hands-on workshop will begin with analogue drawing methods before moving to digital drawing using the Procreate app. This is a great opportunity to either learn or refine your digital drawing skills.

Neil O'Driscoll is an illustrator and filmmaker specialising in projection design. His recent theatre credits include 'The Last Moth' at the Ark, and 'The Cunning Little Vixen' with the Irish National Opera. Neil frequently incorporates hand-drawn elements and animation into his video designs, making synthesis of analogue and digital techniques.

Attendance Info:

• Bring: Participants must bring a tablet (iPad or equivalent), a digital pencil or stylus, and have the Procreate (or similar app) app pre-downloaded, see below.
• Materials: Analogue drawing materials will be supplied.
• Preparation: For maximum benefit, please come with a specific idea or production in mind to use as the basis for your designs.
• Cost: Free for ISPD members / €15 for non-members.

• - A free alternative to Procreate by Autodesk and available for Android, Windows and Apple
