Digital Agencies: unite!

IT United is an initiative dedicated to Founders and C-level professionals from the IT services sector.

The purpose of the meetings, which are organized monthly, is to exchange experience and know-how, cooperate in an atmosphere of open dialogue, to get to know each other and our businesses as well as the challenges we face. The premise is that we grow faster when cooperating rather than operating alone.

Key goals:

• To empower member companies by sharing knowledge, insights and experience
• To create a space for networking, cooperation, partnerships and subcontracting
• To support founders and C-levels fighting the “Leader’s loneliness” syndrome

Rules:

• Only C-Level managers and founders of companies from IT services sector (dev, UX/UI, digital marketing, hardware, support & simmilar) are welcomed.
• The meeting is intended as a discussion. No presentation, keyword speaker, OXP projector, etc. We’re here to talk
• You have to attend at least one meeting to be approved for the Slack channel, which is used for further communication and networking
• The event is announced on meetup.com or eventbrite.com, you need to register first and be approved to be able to attend. Walk-ins will be denied.
• Every meeting features a “topic of the day”, but it is not strictly moderated, example topics: market conditions, growth challenges, new legal changes, etc.
• Everyone pays for themselves at the venue
• Strictly no sales or pitching
• Same date, time and place every month

About organizer:

• Bartek (https://www.linkedin.com/in/bartek-borkowski-71692359/) co-founded and has run his agency for over 15 years now. Has experience managing the company on two continents, with over 100 people on board, working for clients from the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
• Before moving to Texas, he sparked the "Digital Business Alliance" (https://digitalbusinessalliance.pl/) initiative, gathering founders and C-level managers of digital agencies across Poland. For five years now, approx. 100 people meet across four cities every month.
