If the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All action must stop afterward and await resolution.
【RESOLUTION】
• The player with more Security Cards wins.
• If tied, the player with more cards left in their deck wins.
• If still tied, the player with more Digimon in the battle area wins.
• Still tied? The player with more cards in hand wins.
• Still tied? Settle it with 1 round of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
