Dig Deep Allotments originally created in 1952 and is now run by ASCEND and W3RT. It is open to volunteers on Thursdays (please complete a registration form) People come to unwind, learn new skills in construction, horticulture, sustainability, improve their health and well– being and give back to the community. We use a variety of planting techniques and sustainable materials to attract wildlife and insects, and to support the environment and grow food and plants from seed to eat. You don't have to be able to dig. We are looking for people to make items to sell, do light tasks as well as more physical tasks. All are welcome. Please call Avril for more details: 07951882248
