ABOUT THE DJs

DJ Dat-Mot emerged from the shadows of the dark alternative scene in the late 1980s, quickly becoming a key figure in Honolulu’s underground nightlife. Known for his deep connection to gothic, industrial, and darkwave sounds, he was both host and promoter of Noctuary, a legendary event that ran for several years at the iconic Pink Cadillac. Today, he continues to shape the scene as resident DJ at Dies in the Light, Hawaii’s premier goth night held at the Underground Lounge. Since the pandemic, he has also kept the spirit alive online with Cryptic, a virtual event series that continues to connect global audiences with dark, immersive music experiences.

DJ Nocturna has been a driving force in Hawaii’s nightlife and radio landscape for over two decades, leaving an indelible mark as a resident DJ/promoter for Acid Wash, Honolulu’s premier ’80s dance party since 2006, as well as Dies in the Light, a monthly goth and industrial event held every fourth Friday at the Underground Lounge. Beyond the dance floor, DJ Nocturna hosts The Queen of Wands radio show on ModSnap Radio and curates Charting the Higher Octave, her YouTube channel where she explores the intersections of astrology and music through in-depth interviews with musicians, astrologers, and visionaries from around the globe.

DJ Non is a legendary club DJ and promoter based in Portland, Oregon, with an influential career spanning over 37 years. Specializing in alternative new wave, post-punk, and old-school industrial, he has performed at clubs and events across five continents, delivering unforgettable sets on both vinyl and CD. His deep knowledge of underground music and magnetic presence behind the decks have made him a beloved figure in the global dark music scene.

Currently, DJ Non is a resident DJ at several Portland’s most iconic venues, including The Coffin Club, Swan Dive, The Crystal Ballroom, and the White Eagle Saloon. He also curates and headlines some of the city’s most celebrated alternative dance nights, including:
