Get ready for the most hands-on posing event you've ever attended — taught by Doctor in a Bikini!
Whether you’re prepping for your first show or looking to sharpen your presentation, this clinic breaks down the fundamentals of Posing Prehab: mobility work, correctional techniques and preventative tips to help you look AND feel your best.
What to expect:
• 2 Hour Event: Attend one or both, you choose!
Choose your session:
• First Hour ($30) — Learn Posing Prehab fundamentals for this week's topic and applicable mobility work.
• Full 2 Hours ($50) — Everything in the first hour, plus extended practice time, individualized feedback, and deeper posing refinement.
• Live instruction and hands-on feedback
• Local Vendors: Evi's Healthy Treats and DS Sports Nutrition
• Posing prehab drills you can take home and practice
• Q&A time to get your specific questions answered
