In the title track Oliver Wood sings “…the tip of my tongue/ is the barrel of a gun/ and it’s Loaded,” which neatly sums up that these tunes are here to communicate stories.

Loaded is the second full length album from two brothers whose musical paths diverged for many years before reuniting around the music of their youth and their influences they collected along the way.

It’s not ‘genre spanning’ so much as ‘genre goulash’ and when all the flavors are mixed together, the result is surely greater than the sum of its parts.
