Cook Children's Center for Community Health is excited to announce its Diaper Hub program. This pilot program is designed to assist caregivers obtain diapers and wipes to the children they care for.

By registering you are confirming that you will bring proof of financial need and that you have a child at your first pickup, this can be done through documentation of WIC, TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, My Texas Benefits app, or other. If you cannot provide the required information on your pickup date, you may not be eligible to receive services.

To continue our program, we will occasionally ask you to complete a short survey that will provide us with valuable feedback to ensure we are providing the right resources to the community.
