We are pleased to invite patients and members of the local community to our upcoming Diabetes, Weight Management, Dietary & Nutrition Workshop, taking place at Langthorne Health Centre.

This interactive health and wellbeing event is designed to support individuals living with diabetes, those at risk of developing diabetes, or anyone looking to improve their lifestyle through healthier nutrition and weight management.

On the day, attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Receive advice on diabetes prevention and management
• Gain practical weight management guidance
• Speak with healthcare professionals about healthy eating and nutrition
• Access lifestyle support and signposting services
• Participate in health checks where available (e.g. weight monitoring)
• Ask questions in a supportive, community-focused environment

The workshop will be delivered in collaboration with healthcare professionals and partner organisations working across primary care and community services.
