Please join us for the Diabetes Walk and Talk at the Boulders at Lake Tyler on September 27th, 2025, at 9 am-12 pm. RSVP at https://christus.io/diabetes-walk-and-talk
There will be diabetes education, pump and CGM vendors, and CHRISTUS Endocrinology and Diabetes Education Providers. Food trucks, coffee, and water will be available during the walk.
More education and updates on diabetes technology will be available and provided during the walk. There will be peers and diabetics of all ages to build up your diabetes community.
The proceeds will be donated to our diabetes foundation that allows people with diabetes access to diabetes education regardless of their insurance status. We hope to see you there!
