Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for years, this monthly support group is for you. Join our support group to connect with people who truly understand, motivate and encourage you. This group is a helpful resource for people with diabetes and their families. Led by a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian, the group offers education, nutritional advice, and guest speakers who are passionate about supporting the diabetes community. There is no cost to attend and the group is open to the public.
The MHP Diabetes Support Group is held on the last Thursday of every month, from 6:30PM - 7:30PM in the Auditorium (lower level) of the MHP Medical Center, Entrance 2. Each support group meeting features a different speaker and topic. See less
