Meetings are held on 2nd Wednesdays, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14 from 1:30 – 2:30 pm in the Community Room at Trinity Apartments, 2800 E 31st Street, Minneapolis. Do you have Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes? Interested in health information and a friendly community? Diabetes Support Group meetings are facilitated by Beth Peltzer, MSW. New members are always welcome!
