The Nurse Managed Wellness Clinic will be administering diabetes screenings and providing important information on November 6th, from 8am to 12pm. Sessions include a risk assessment, Hemoglobin A1C lab test, and diabetes education.
The cost for the test is $20.00 and can be paid by cash, check, or card. Insurance is currently not accepted, but a receipt can be provided if your insurance will reimburse you.
**There will also be a blood pressure and fasting cholesterol screening on the same day. This test does require FASTING(including no caffeine) for 15 hours beforehand. The cost for the optional additional test is $30.00. You can schedule both tests when making an appointment.
