Cooking healthy meals can be daunting, especially if you are a person with diabetes trying to make healthy choices. Our diabetes care and education specialists are here to help.

Stacy Eilers, RDN, CDCES, will prepare a simple and delicious hearty pumpkin chili recipe which is perfect for fall and winter.

Join us in person or online for this once a year event. In person attendees will get to sample the recipe.

In person will take place in the Gibbs Cancer Center-Pelham teaching kitchen on the second floor.
