Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP)
An 8-Week Diabetes Self-Management Series
Join us for the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP), a free 8-week workshop designed to help individuals with diabetes gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to better manage their health. Through interactive discussions, hands-on learning activities, guest speakers, and weekly incentives, participants will learn practical strategies for living well with diabetes and reducing the risk of complications.
Whether you have recently been diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, this program offers valuable tools and support to help you take charge of your health.
Please Note: DEEP is an 8-week series. Participants must begin with Week 1 and attend sessions in order, as each class builds on the previous week's topic. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the knowledge and skills needed for successful diabetes self-management.
