This educational group is designed to benefit our community living with diabetes, whether you have diabetes or a family member/friend who would like to learn more. We will meet monthly to discuss topics of importance in managing diabetes and the day-to-day struggles. This class will be led by Mercy Jefferson's diabetes educators. We will provide guidance, knowledge and resources that will be useful to assist with diabetes management.
