Diabetes Education & Support Group with Lauren

Are you a person living with diabetes or love someone who is? You are welcome to join us in an open discussion for assistance, guidance, and insight that supports healthy decision making. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn’t something we have to do alone and it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by a wide-range of information. Bring your questions into this group setting with the support of others who get it for an educational exchange.

Lauren is one of your mighty indoor cycling instructors, and a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care & education specialist. You may see her moving about the gym with a continuous glucose monitor on the back of her arm and jamming to a class playlist. Feel free to flag her down and ask questions!
