DEEP is a multi-cultural, diabetes self-management education curriculum that successfully helps many community participants take control of their diabetes and reduce their risk of complications
The goal of the program is to help you better manage your symptoms and to help you live a healthier life. People who complete the workshop series receive a $20 HEB Gift Card and other workshop incentive items. Each session is once a week for two hours.
Only men and women diagnosed with diabetes are eligible to participate.
