Dia De Los Muertos

Dia de los Muertos is one of the most ancient traditions of the Mexica peoples. This is a holiday about honoring those who’ve come before us and now passed on. It is a time when the veil between the land of the living and the land of the dead is thin, which gives us an opportunity to commune with those on the other side. The holiday itself falls on October 31st -November 2nd, but the preparation of the altar can happen as early as you like.

Join me for a guided meditation centered on ancestry. After the meditation we will decorate frames that can be included on your altar and learn about the history of the holiday. I will also offer guidance on putting together your altar at home as well as some rituals that you can incorporate.
