Dia De Asturias Luncheon

In recognition of her outstanding commitment to preserving our heritage, strengthening our membership, and advancing the mission of our historic institution.

Cristal Lastra will also receive The Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic,

one of Spain’s highest civilian distinctions, presented by the Embassy of Spain in recognition of her contributions to preserving and promoting Spanish heritage and culture.

The celebration will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Centro Asturiano de Tampa. Doors will open at 11:30 A.M., followed by a cultural lecture on Asturias. The procession of the flags, welcome, and invocation will begin at 12:30 P.M., followed by lunch, the Jinete Award presentation, recognition of The Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic, entertainment, and Las Damas opportunity drawings.
