"In the spirit of the classic jazz guitar and bass album Alone Together (by Jim Hall and Ron Carter), Jake Newcomb and I will present a one-hour tribute to the art of the Jazz Guitar and Bass Duo. The May 17, 2024 DHARMA CAFE event at 7:30 pm will benefit the Gainesville Karma Thegsum Choling, a center for weekly Buddhist study and meditation. The door is open, and all are welcome.
