About this Event
Affordable housing challenges continues to shape our communities —from affordability to access to quality construction — to a national skilled trades amd builders shortage - This Real Talk conversation brings together contractors, builders, developers, and community leaders to unpack the realities behind the housing crisis.
Through the lens of construction, we’ll explore what gaps exist, and what it will take to build housing that is equitable, sustainable, and rooted in community.
At its core, housing is more than a product—it’s a foundation for economic mobility, health, and generational wealth. If we’re serious about equity in development, we have to be just as serious about who is building, how we’re building, and who ultimately benefits.
