• Limited parking is available behind the café on Berendo Street.

• Please do not double park so everyone can come in and out smoothly. We strongly recommend carpooling!

• The cafe will close from 4:00 - 5:00 PM on both event days in order to allow the staff to take a break. We ask for your kind understanding during this time.

• Go Metro! Take the purple/red line and get off at the Wilshire/Vermont station.

• PER THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE CAFÉ, EVERYONE WHO ENTERS THE CAFE MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. (Fully vaccinated = At least two weeks after final dose - not including booster)

• VERSION 1 (TOP) IS LIMITED TO ONE PER PERSON.

• VERSION 2 (BOTTOM) IS LIMITED TO TWO PER PERSON. (One per drink)

• To receive both cup sleeves, you must purchase at least two drinks! Otherwise, you will receive a cup sleeve at random. (One per drink)

• To receive the holographic stickers provided by the cafe, you must purchase a cake from the special menu. Each cake comes with 1 decal. Up to 2 designs per person. Limited quantities.

• Photo spots will be available throughout the cafe! You may remove your face masks to take photos, enjoy your drinks, and any cakes. (Subject to change)

• You are welcome to sit in any available spot inside the cafe to enjoy the atmosphere.

• Please do not touch any of the decor inside the cafe. We want to ensure all guests will be able to enjoy the event when it is their turn.

• Reserving a time slot is absolutely free. You may reserve a ticket for you and up to three (3) guests in your group. If there are more than 4 in your group, you must make a second reservation.

• Everyone in your group MUST have a ticket in order to enter the café, even if they are not participating. This includes any parents/guardians, brothers/sisters, etc. If you forget/do not include someone in your group, they cannot enter with you and we will not be making additional accommodations.

• Please RSVP for one (1) date only. This will allow other ARMYs to come to the café and enjoy what will be offered during the event.

• We ask that you show up to the café 10-15 minutes before your chosen time slot to check-in! Do not show up any earlier! Check-in for the event will happen behind the café in the parking lot on Berendo Street. Please have your confirmation email, vaccine proof, and ID ready to show one of our volunteers.

• You must show up during your chosen time slot. You cannot show up at any other time. If your chosen time is from 12:00 - 12:30 PM, you cannot come at 2:00 PM and expect to be let in.

• We will offer a grace period of 10 minutes in between your time slot if you happen to arrive late. If you show up after 10 minutes, you will unfortunately not be let into the cafe and will be asked to wait in the stand-by line.

• A stand-by line will be offered for those who did not/could not RSVP. If there are any no-shows, those in stand-by will be let in right after RSVPs.

• If you can no longer make it to the event, we ask that you please cancel your tickets by going into "My Tickets." This will ensure that others may be able to come to the event.

• PER THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE CAFÉ, EVERYONE WHO ENTERS THE CAFE MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

• Temperature checks are required before entering the cafe event space. If your temperature is above 99.8, we will unfortunately ask you to leave.

• Face masks/covering are required. They may be taken off for pictures, eating, and drinking while inside the cafe. (Subject to change)

• Please maintain social distancing rules (6 feet apart between each party) to keep a safe environment.

• If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home.
