This is a weekend long coach training along with visiting Devo practices!
About this Event

Finally we get to return to in person coach training! This coach training is for coaches and program managers to learn how Durango Devo runs its programs and practices. We will discuss style, philosophy, example curriculums for each age group and Devo program from race to ride for fun and from gravity to XC. We will also ride bikes and work on skills and show games we play to create team camaraderie. Out of town coaches are encouraged to attend a Devo practice before or after the weekend and that schedule will be provided by sarah but options include: Push bike prac, middle school practices, science/bike camps as well as our high school race teams.
