Devon Transformed Festival

Devon Transformed is here to share a new festival of ecology and socialism in a range of beautiful natural venues, all in the heart of Dartington, Totnes.

Featuring talks, workshops, live music, art, and imaginative activities.

With tickets available either for a day or camp at our beautiful campsite for the whole weekend. Kids go free.

Our venues are: Things Happen Here, The Glade, and Dartington Hall Campsite. These are all with a 30 minute walk of Totnes train station and are easily accessible by car.

Diverse groups of folk from across Devon and beyond to celebrate collective action, creating new communities and networks in the process, working towards climate justice.

We are organising a uniquely holistic programme that addresses the interconnections between a range of social, ecological and economic issues that are affecting us today.

We will also provide space for informal dialogue, networking and community-building.

By bringing a sense of playfulness to serious topics, we can find ways to navigate them effectively. We will focus on processes of direct democracy that support progressive policies from a grassroots perspective.

Devon Transformed will be a festival of Ideas, Democracy, Action and Celebration designed to galvanise a movement of regenerative ecosocialism in response to global crises. Focusing on Devon, and following up from Kernow Transformed.

We are creating a space for diverse groups and communities to converge. Devon's left-wing is as thriving as ever, and this festival will provide Devonians with an opportunity to cross-pollinate with wider movements, to share skills and join forces.

We intend to use the festival as a springboard for collective action. We aim to empower working communities locally with the goal of ensuring a working planet.
